RESERVATIONS

Do you take reservations?

Reservations for our Kaka'ako Brewery and the HI BRAU Room can now be booked through the OpenTable app or using the booking tool below. For parties of 20 or more, please contact us to book a Private Event.

BREWPUB FAQs

Does my entire party need to be present to be seated?

For parties of ten (10) or more, we ask that half of your party is present before we seat you.

Where do I park?

Valet parking is available up the ramp for $5 - your server will add the valet charge to your check and will validate your ticket for you. Surrounding street parking is also available, and Uber/Lyft vehicles may pull up in front of the brewery doors.

Do you offer Gift Cards to your locations?

Gift cards can be purchased at our Kaka'ako location, however please note that the gift cards can only be redeemed at the Kaka'ako location.

I am with a large party - can we split the check?

We can accommodate up to four (4) payment cards per party at this time, including private event bookings.

ONLINE SHOP FAQ

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped during business hours Monday - Friday from our Kaka'ako Brewery via USPS. A tracking link is provided for all orders.

Overseas Shipping

At this time, we do not ship products internationally outside of the US.

For shipments to Japan, please head to our partner site at: LeaLea Market Originals for select Aloha Beer merchandise.

Returns & Refunds

At this time, we do not accept any returns or exchanges on purchases made online. If you encounter any issues with the items received, please email us at online@alohabeer.com and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
